Noodles Masala Recipe
Preparation for Noodles: Add 150g Noodles in boiling water with a table spoon of oil. Boil till ¾ done (4-5 min.). Drain out the water, rinse through cold water. Pour a little of cooking oil and toss to avoid stickiness (for better results keep the boiled noodles for ½ hour to drain out all the water). Sautee finely chopped vegetables (Capsicum, Cabbage, Onions, Carrot, Beans) Add 15g masala & white vinegar as per taste if needed. Stir for two minutes. Add boiled noodles. Toss well in high temperature. Serve hot.
This Masala can be used in Fried Rice, Chili Paneer, Chili Chicken, Soups, Manchurian, Momos & other Chinese Dishes.
