Pasta Masala Recipe
Preparation for Pasta: Add 150g Pasta in boiling water with a table spoon of oil. Boil till ¾ done. Drain out the water, rinse through cold water. Pour a little of cooking oil and toss to avoid stickiness. Take a Pan heat Refined oil/Olive oil. Add onion & chopped vegetables then put boiled pasta & 15g pasta masala. No need of salt. You can add Tomato sauce or boiled tomato puree to give juicy taste. Toss well in high temperature. Serve hot.
